- Each spending cut should result in cash. When the money is in the bank, then and only then add a tax. Taxes added should be at a flat rate on everybody all the way from the destitute to the rich. Do not add tax first with the promise to figure the rest out later. It doesn't work.

- The President must uphold the Constitution. He has no leeway. Splattering citizens on a hunch doesn't cut it. He can take someone to court if he thinks he has grounds. Everybody has a right to a fair trial.
